From the perch
January brings a different kind of energy. The rush of the holidays fades, the Cape grows quieter, and there’s space again to reflect and reset. At Two Crows, we think of this moment as a soft landing, not a hard restart, a chance to gather our flock and move forward with clarity and care.
We kicked off the new year the way we know best: together. Even across time zones, our New Year’s Happy Hour was a reminder that connection is at the heart of everything we do a little laughter, a little sparkle, and a shared sense that the work matters most when we do it as a team.
As we step into 2026, we’re carrying forward what’s working and making room for what’s next. Long-term partnerships continue to ground us, including our ongoing work with Advanced Audiology Associates, where trust and consistency have shaped years of meaningful progress.
At Two Crows, January is a soft landing — a moment to gather the flock and move forward with purpose.
This month brings a chance to gather with fellow nonprofit leaders, too. On January 22, Margot and I will present Inspired Giving: How Storytelling Drives Nonprofit Revenue at the Philanthropy Partners of the Cape & Islands Annual Meeting. It’s a full house already, but if you’re there, please say hello!
And, we're happy to do a deeper dive with Silvi Johnson, one of the steady forces on our team and behind our work. She brings organization to big ideas, empathy to complex challenges, and a calm presence when things feel messy, a reminder that strong creative work is built on trust and care.
January isn’t about rushing ahead. It’s about intention, strengthening foundations, and choosing how we show up for our clients, our communities, and one another. We’re grateful to start another year alongside you.
