For the past three summers, Two Crows Creative Group has proudly partnered with Provincetown’s Swim for Life, supporting one of the Outer Cape’s most beloved community fundraisers through thoughtful, mission-centered social media strategy.


Swim for Life is more than an event. It’s a tradition rooted in resilience, generosity, and Provincetown pride. From swimmers and kayakers to volunteers and longtime supporters, the event represents a powerful example of what happens when community shows up year after year.


Our role has been to capture that energy online — consistently, authentically, and strategically.

Across Facebook and Instagram, our strategy focused on storytelling that elevated:

  • Swimmers and their personal “why”

  • Volunteers and behind-the-scenes moments

Rather than relying heavily on sponsor announcements or text-heavy updates, we prioritized visual storytelling, short-form video, and collaborative content that reflected real faces and real moments.

That steady, people-first approach delivered meaningful gains across platforms.


Facebook Performance

  • Engagement increased 36.2%, reaching over 5,200 total actions

  • Overall reach expanded 44%

  • 293,000 total views, fueled by increased video usage

  • Follower growth of +3.15%, meeting or exceeding typical benchmarks


These results reflect more than numbers. They signal that content resonated beyond the existing follower base and continued to build community momentum.


Instagram Performance

Instagram emerged as a powerful growth channel:

  • Engagement climbed 30%

  • Reach increased nearly 30%

  • Views surged 48.6%

  • Follower growth significantly outpaced Facebook


+36% Engagement, +44% Reach, 293K Views, +30% Instagram Growth

Posts highlighting swimmers, volunteers, and Provincetown’s unmistakable community energy consistently outperformed sponsor-only or informational posts.

Authenticity won.
