under the feathers...
Tracy loves to dance (jazz, contemporary, ballroom), cook, and plan parties! She's also the type of person who thinks 1/8 of a tank of gas is practically full.

She is also known as Mama Crow, t-bird, and sometimes "butter"... a nickname created by Silvi.
Tracy K. O'Neill
principal
Tracy has been a marketing professional since the '90s, starting her career with New England Financial/Met Life. Luckily for her, the rise of electronic communication was happening right then, and that’s what allowed her to give up the commute from the Cape to Boston and start freelancing.

Simultaneously juggling the opening of a wine shop in Hyannis (another passion), Tracy’s first clients were in the financial sector, but she quickly developed new relationships and took on projects for local small businesses. After 18 years as an independent marketing consultant, Tracy did her own rebrand in 2018 with the launch of Two Crows Creative Group. Today, Tracy and her team serve many of the Cape's most recognized nonprofit organizations as well as a select group of owner-operated small businesses.

Tracy has a B.S. in journalism from Syracuse University and lives with her family in Buzzards Bay. The best advice she can give to fellow small business owners? “Focus your energies on what you do best, and hire awesome people to do the rest.”
under the feathers...
Silvi (a.k.a "Peeps") can administer Vitamin B-12 shots upon request, and she will love your dog as much as you do. She is a serious taco enthusiast and is such a good listener and advice-giver that we have credentialed her as TCC's "unlicensed therapist."
Silvi Johnson
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
Silvi is a multi-talented individual who loves people, places, and things. Her background includes (but is not limited to) hospitality, education, digital marketing, and professional high-fives. Silvi loves learning new skills and is only afraid of sinkholes and Florida. Ask her why!
Silvi holds her B.A. in Education from ASU, and still has a passion for teaching people new tricks. She has a high "emotional IQ," too! Silvi is empathetic, trustworthy, intrinsically motivated to learn, and adaptable to most situations, even the sticky ones. She didn’t get Citizen of the Year in 3rd and 6th grade for nothing! Originally from Argentina, Silvi is also fluent in Spanish! ¡Hablo español y necesito amigos! Charlemos.
She has lived on the Cape for ten years with her husband, son (and that one shower spider). In July, the Johnson crew is heading off to Loveland, Colorado, where, thankfully, Silvi will continue her work with Two Crows Creative.
UNDER THE FEATHERS...
Fun fact! Our sweet "Em-Diggity" recently got married to her South African husband, who she met while backpacking in Vietnam!
Emily Henderson
Social media manager
Emily was born and raised on Cape Cod. She graduated from UMass Amherst with the goal of being an elementary school teacher. After living and teaching in North Carolina for a few years, she moved to Aspen, CO, to be a ski bum for one winter (which turned into a few years!). While working at a busy restaurant at the base of a mountain, she met folks from all over the world which inspired her to get out and do some traveling. She was fortunate enough to waitress in the summers on Cape Cod and travel during the winters for a few years.
While she traveled around the world, Emily decided to try working in a more community development-focused career. She was introduced to the fine folks at Wellfleet Preservation Hall where she worked for 6 years, and through this experience, she went on to work with Cape Wellness Collaborative where she met Tracy and Silvi of TCC who she is thrilled to be working with again! Emily is now based out of beautiful Delray Beach, where she continues to work as a happy crow full time.
