Shiny Objects, July 2026
From the perch
July has a way of reminding us that good things happen when people come together.
Across the Cape, communities are gathering for festivals, gallery strolls, concerts, workshops, and celebrations. Behind every great event is a team of people working hard to make it happen – and we've been lucky enough to help many of them share their stories.
This month has taken us from the galleries of Provincetown to Hyannis Harbor, with plenty of creative projects in between. We've welcomed new clients, captured photos and video, launched new campaigns, and continued helping organizations connect with the people they serve.
No two days around the nest ever look quite the same, and that's exactly how we like it. Whether we're designing, writing, planning, or promoting, the goal is always the same: helping good people doing good work get noticed.
Thanks for spending a few minutes with us. We hope your July is filled with sunshine, discovery, and maybe a few shiny objects of your own.

BIRDS OF A FEATHER
A Favorite Summer Tradition

If your perfect Cape Cod day includes local shopping, live music, good food, and bumping into half the people you know, the Love Local Fest belongs on your calendar.
Join the fun on Sunday, July 26, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Aselton Park in Hyannis for this free celebration of everything that makes Cape Cod special. Hosted by Love Local, the festival brings together more than 100 makers, artists, farmers, food vendors, and small businesses for a day filled with creativity and community.
We love this event because it reminds us that shopping local isn't just about what you buy – it's about meeting the people behind the products and supporting the businesses that keep Cape Cod vibrant year-round.
If you haven't been before, this is your sign. Grab a friend or bring the family and discover a few new local favorites. See you there!
NEW TO THE NEST

Provincetown Art Gallery Association
Join us for an Artistic Friday Night Stroll!
We're excited to welcome the Provincetown Art Gallery Association (PAGA) as one of our newest clients.
Recently, we spent the day in Provincetown meeting gallery owners, capturing photography and video, and getting to know the people who make the town's arts community so unique. It was a wonderful opportunity to experience the creativity, passion, and collaboration that define Provincetown's gallery scene.
PAGA brings together Provincetown's galleries to strengthen the town's identity as one of the country's premier art destinations. Through collaboration, advocacy, and promotion, the organization encourages residents and visitors alike to experience Provincetown's remarkable arts community.
One of PAGA's signature traditions is its Friday Gallery Strolls, held weekly from May through October. During these evenings, galleries along Commercial and Bradford streets welcome visitors for exhibition openings, artist meet-and-greets, special events, and an opportunity to experience Provincetown's thriving arts scene in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
We look forward to helping PAGA share its story and inspire even more people to experience the vibrant arts community that has made Provincetown a cultural destination for generations.
FOUND OBJECT: Community isn't built by one big event. It's built by showing up consistently.
Finding their voice

Sometimes the most rewarding projects aren't about creating something new – they're about helping people articulate what they've known all along.
This month, we wrapped up a messaging and case-for-support project for Movement Arts Cape Cod, helping the organization tell a bigger story about the difference it's making through dance, performance, and community.
Working alongside their team, we helped shape messaging that reflects not only what they do, but why it matters – from expanding access to the arts to creating opportunities for connection, confidence, and belonging. It's the kind of project that reminds us words matter just as much as design.
